Aims
It is the objective of Kiddie Kapers Neighbourhood Nursery to provide the highest standards of care and education for all the children in our care. We are committed to:
- Delivering a service of the highest standards that will develop, improve and sustain each child’s overall quality of life.
- Ensuring that our service is delivered flexibly, attentively and in a non-discriminatory fashion.
- Respecting children as individuals taking into account their specific needs.

Staffing Ratios
Our staff are selected, trained and supervised to be sensitive and responsive to the individual needs of each child, provide the highest standards of care and education for your child, and work as a team.
Our minimum ratio of staff to children is as follows;
Babies (3-15 months) - 1 adult to 3 children
Tiddlers (15 -24 months) - 1 adult to 3 children
Toddlers (24-36 months) - 1 adult to 4 children
Pre-school (3 - 5 years) - 1 adult to 8 children
Children (5+ years) - 1 adult to 8 children
