Our staff are selected, trained and supervised to be sensitive and responsive to the individual needs of each child, provide the highest standards of care and education for your child, and work as a team.

Staff are easily identified at all times when on duty by their red T shirts. All staff are subject to Criminal Records Bureau clearance and have a firm commitment to on-going training.

Our management team has a wealth of experience and many hold qualifications in both childcare and management:

  • Carol Head, our Nursery Manager, is a working mother of 4 children. She is responsible for the day to day running of the nursery which includes all professional child care issues, health promotion, staff management, potential satisfaction and quality service issues. She holds Level 3 qualifications in Childcare and Management
  • Fliss, Senior Room Leader, is also a working mother of 3 children. As the Senior Room Leader she has day to day responsibility of the Baby Room. Her duties also include supporting Carol as deputy manager during dedicated times throughout the week and deputises for Carol as appropriate.She has a Level 3 qualification in childcare

Ashford Better Communicators Teaching Assistant: Caroline P - Sen training, Level 2 in childcare
